At Astral Crown, we aim to make every delivery clear, dependable, and easy to follow. The information below explains how orders are prepared, shipped, tracked, and supported after checkout.

Shipping at a Glance
Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and dispatched. Weekends, public holidays, customs inspections, remote destinations, and carrier disruptions may extend the delivery period.
Delivery Destinations
Astral Crown ships to eligible countries and regions shown during checkout. Available services depend on the destination, product size, stock location, local carrier coverage, and applicable shipping restrictions.
If delivery is unavailable for the address entered, checkout may prevent the order from being completed or our support team may contact you for clarification.
Preparing Your Order
After payment is successfully confirmed, most orders are inspected, packed, and prepared for dispatch within 1–5 business days.
Weekends and public holidays are not included. High-demand promotions, seasonal order volume, or temporary inventory arrangements may require additional preparation time.
Estimated Transit Time
Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 7–20 business days. Actual transit time varies according to the destination, carrier route, customs processing, weather, and local delivery conditions.
All delivery periods are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
Fulfillment Locations
To provide the most suitable delivery route, an order may be fulfilled from a local, regional, or international warehouse.
The dispatch location is selected according to stock availability, destination, package size, and carrier capacity at the time the order is processed.
Shipping Charges
Any shipping charge will be shown before payment is completed. The final cost may depend on your delivery address, order value, product size, and the shipping service selected.
Free-delivery campaigns or product-specific shipping offers apply only when clearly displayed on the product page, cart, or checkout.
Tracking Updates
When tracking is available, a dispatch confirmation will be sent to the email address entered during checkout.
A newly issued tracking number may take 2–5 business days to display movement while the parcel is transferred to and scanned by the carrier.
Address Changes
Please check the recipient name, telephone number, street address, city, state, postal code, and country carefully before placing your order.
Address corrections are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Contact us immediately if an amendment is required, and we will assist whenever the order has not yet been handed to the carrier.
Taxes and Customs
International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage charges, or other destination-specific costs.
Unless checkout clearly states that these charges are included, they are payable by the recipient and are determined by the relevant local authorities.
Separate Parcels
A multi-item order may arrive in more than one parcel when products are stored at different fulfillment locations or require separate packaging.
Separate shipments may have different arrival dates and individual tracking numbers. This does not mean that items are missing from the order.
Delays or Stalled Tracking
Tracking may temporarily pause while a parcel moves between facilities, passes through customs, or is transferred to a local delivery partner.
If there has been no meaningful update for an unusual period, contact us with your order number and tracking number so we can review the shipment.
Missing or Lost Parcels
If a parcel appears to be missing, we may ask you to verify the delivery address, check with household members or neighbors, and review any carrier delivery notice.
Where necessary, we will open an inquiry with the logistics provider and determine an appropriate resolution after the carrier review is completed.
Failed Delivery and Returns
Parcels may be returned to the sender following repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the parcel, or incomplete address information.
If reshipment is requested, an additional shipping charge may apply. Where a refund is approved, original or return shipping costs may be deducted when legally permitted.
Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
Delivery may be affected by severe weather, natural disasters, customs inspections, carrier strikes, transportation interruptions, government restrictions, public emergencies, or other circumstances that cannot reasonably be prevented by Astral Crown.
When such an event occurs, we will continue to provide available tracking information and assist with carrier inquiries, but additional transit time may be required.
Track Your Delivery
Enter the tracking number from your dispatch email to view the latest carrier updates. Tracking activity may not appear immediately after the shipment is created.
